Directions: 

-Prep lashes with Cils Booster XL Super-Enhancing Mascara Primer (sold separately). Cils Booster XL leaves lashes feeling soft while allowing mascara pigment to stand out, creating the intense and rich look of false eyelashes.
-Hold Lash Idôle Waterproof Mascara wand horizontally near lashes, with the curved side facing upwards.
-Apply mascara in an upward swiping motion for the top lashes and bottom swiping motion for bottom lashes.
-Layer if desired.
